Life’s WORC is a not for profit agency that provides comprehensive support to people with developmental disabilities including mental retardation and autism. Founded in 1971, Life’s WORC today manages 34 homes and 13 non-residential programs throughout Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
Life’s WORC was founded upon the belief that every individual is entitled to live with dignity and to be treated with respect regardless of his or her physical and/or mental capabilities. It is our commitment to Make A Difference in the lives of the people in our homes and programs.
