Kevin Quinn

Kevin was selected as the Assistant Executive Director of Talent Management in January of 2019 after a 30-year career at UPS. While at UPS, Kevin worked in 5 cities, relocated three times and held more than 12 jobs which provided him with many experiences and challenges which will serve him well in his new role at Life’s WORC. His last assignment at UPS was as Director of Human Resources for the Chesapeake District. The Chesapeake District is one of 17 domestic districts that is made up of six states including the metropolitan cities of Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington, DC. While in that role, Kevin led hiring, employee relations, training and safety initiatives that allowed the Chesapeake District to achieve its business plan.

Kevin has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations Management from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona College. Kevin has been married for 28 years. He and his wife Caryn have a son and a daughter.
